1. Quality Control: All products undergo thorough quality control checks before they are dispatched to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

2. Size Enquiries: If you are unsure about sizing before placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at contact@mayaar.co.uk We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding sizing to ensure you select the correct size for your comfort and satisfaction.

3. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide you with instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will inspect it and, if deemed faulty, offer you a replacement or a full refund, excluding. 

4. Non-Faulty Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty items, including changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please ensure to review product details, sizing guides, and specifications before making a purchase.

5. Conditions of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 48hrs of receiving your order.

6. Refunds: Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

7. Statutory Rights: Your statutory rights are not affected. Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
